Can FIRST® LEGO® League teams help us master natural disasters?  In the 2013 NATURE’S FURY℠ Challenge, over 200,000 children ages 9 to 16* from over 70 countries will explore the awe-inspiring storms, quakes, waves and more that we call natural disasters. Teams will discover what can be done when intense natural events meet the places people live, work, and play.  Brace yourself for NATURE’S FURY!


The lego adrenaline Team came up with an “Infomercial” for their project presentation and delivered a super performance at their Regional Competition.  The Team took 1st Place Champions Award, the top award, is advancing on to the State Competition.  This is the second year in a row that the team was crowned with the champions award!  The team was also awarded honorable mention for their 342 point score in the robot game challenge.


Iowa State Championship Tournament was held at Iowa State University College of Engineering campus on January 18th, 2014.  The lego adrenaline Team competed with other qualifying teams from around the state of Iowa. The Lego Adrenaline team had a great day at the iowa state championship tournament.  The team had the second highest robot game score for the day out of 216 total robot runs, with a score of 392 points.  The team had a perfect run and conquered all the missions they had programmed.  this was an extremely competitive year with the best of the best from all over iowa competing.
